1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using KickStatistics ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

KickStatistics is a private analytics tool that counts and visualizes data about Kick.com live streams. All data displayed by the Service is retrieved exclusively through our gateway service. The Service does not connect to Kick.com directly and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kick.com.

3. Accounts and access

The Service is not open for public registration. Access is granted individually by the operator. Statistics are visible only to authenticated users who have been granted access to a specific account — if you are granted access, you will only be able to see the data of your channel. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to access data of channels you have not been granted access to;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent its access controls;
• use automated tools to scrape or bulk-export data from the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property and third-party content

Stream titles, usernames, chat messages, and emotes shown in the Service belong to their respective owners. The Service merely aggregates and counts this publicly available content for statistical purposes.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the collected data will be accurate or complete. Data gaps may occur, for example when the upstream gateway is offline.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility and shall not be liable for the operation of the Service or for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any loss of data, loss of profits, or decisions made based on the statistics presented.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available on this page.
