Privacy Policy

1. What this service is

KickStatistics is a private analytics service that aggregates and counts data about Kick.com live streams (stream duration, viewer counts, chat message and emote statistics, and activity timelines). All data is received exclusively through our own gateway service; KickStatistics does not interact with Kick.com directly and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Kick.com in any way.

2. What data we process

We process the following categories of data, all of which originate from publicly available live streams:

• Stream metadata — titles, categories, start/end times, and live status.
• Viewer counts sampled periodically while a stream is live.
• Public chat messages sent to monitored channels, including the sender's public username, message content, emotes used, and timestamps.
• Public channel events such as follows, subscriptions, and gifts.

For users who sign in to this service, we additionally store basic account data (username / e-mail address used for sign-in) and standard technical logs.

3. Access to data

All statistics are private by default. Data is only visible to authenticated users who have been explicitly granted access to a specific channel. If you are granted access to an account, you will only be able to see the data of that channel. There is no public browsing of collected data.

4. Cookies

The service uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie required for authentication. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies from third parties.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share collected data with third parties. Data is stored on infrastructure operated by us and is used solely to provide the statistics described above.

6. Data retention

Collected stream and chat statistics are retained for as long as the service operates, so that historical charts and session archives remain available to authorized users. Account data is retained for as long as the account exists.

7. Your rights

If you believe data concerning you is processed by this service and you would like it reviewed, corrected, or removed, contact the operator. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We accept no responsibility or liability for the operation of the service, the accuracy or completeness of the collected data, or any decisions made based on it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
